Senior Director Human Resources

We are assisting our client, a fast-growing company in the business supply sector in the search for a Senior Human Resources Director. The Senior Human Resources Director will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources. This includes overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies and initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives
• Manage the compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards
• Oversee employee relations and ensure that company policies and procedures are compliant with HR laws and regulations
• Lead and manage the HR team to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services and support
• Oversee the development and implementation of training and development programs
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience with recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance
• At least 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
