Ryman Hospitality Properties is seeking a talented and energetic HR Generalist to join our Nashville team. *This position is an onsite position with no relocation offered.

Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Provide administrative support for all HR-related disciplines, including employee relations and talent acquisition.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints, allegations of misconduct, and workplace conflicts, ensuring a fair and unbiased process.
• Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to continuously improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, addressing concerns, and providing guidance to employees and managers.
• Plan and execute engaging events and recognition programs across multiple venues/business units that keep our employees motivated and connected.
• Keep up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and making recommendations for policy updates as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records related to employee relations issues.
• Collaborate with HR team members and other stakeholders to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices related to employee relations.
• Proactively identify potential areas of concern and develop strategies to address them, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
• A passion for people and creating positive employee experiences
• High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Willing to work on-site in our Nashville, TN office
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience
