Job Description

Global manufacturing leader's US Operations are seeking a Sr. Human Resources Manager for a high impact facility located in the Greater Pittsburgh, PA area. This position will be the top HR professional onsite at a high visibility operation within the network, providing strategic HR partnership to the site Operations Leader.


The company is committed to continuous improvement efforts, facility and operational upgrades, safety and employee relations to optimize this 24/7, three shift and union manufacturing site.


Overall, this HR Leader will own the Human Resources function, serve as an advisor/consultant to the Site Manager and other department heads on labor relations, human resource issues, and lead a team of four direct reports. Relationship development, change management and accountability are key traits needed.


Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Union Manufacturing Operations Experience
  • SHRM Certified a Plus
