THE ROLE: Human Resources Generalist
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including prioritization and follow-through.

- Experience juggling multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy and pride of ownership in a fast-paced work environment.
- 2+ years' related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Possesses and demonstrates strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Flexible during times of transition and change.
- Enthusiasm and desire to engage and contribute ideas to the team is a must.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave of absence; handle employee relations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Engages with Associates and management team.
- Will facilitate new hire orientation, maintain training documents and assist in processing new hire paperwork as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Lead company recognition programs and events.
