What you will do
As a Sales Education Manager at Stryker, you will develop, plan, and conduct trainings on techniques for selling the organization's products and/or services for sales representatives and reseller partners. You will also design training classes, training materials, and prepare documentation to ensure effectiveness of our sales education programs.
- Proactively develop new education platforms by analyzing business needs, budget and priorities
- Articulate communication strategy based on impact of media channels
- Define plan and prioritize investments
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and key opinion leaders on sales education programs
- Demonstrate collaboration with broader Education/ product marketing/sales enablement peers
- Develop and drive Sales Education strategy
- Manage network as well as develop “up and coming” thought leaders
- Benchmark education and training activities to determine best practices
- Manage Sales Education offering in accordance with P&L requirement
- Direct and advise business partners to execute the divisional sales education strategy and programs
- Consistently incorporate product and procedural expertise into educational curriculum
- Lead the project management of sales education programs
- Define sales education communication strategy and desired outcome
- Evaluate various selling methodologies and incorporate best practices that improves educational curriculum
- Assess learning effectiveness and develop new methods to increase program impact
- Develop and analyze metrics for sales education programs and platforms to drive accelerated learning
What you need
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 8+ years of work experience required
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- 5+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required

$95,100 - $204,000 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
