Job Description

Description

We seek an IT Account Manager to join our team at CBE Office Solutions (CBE).

You will be responsible for managing relationships with current IT Managed Services (MSP) and new clients, advising and consulting with clients on best practices, assisting in service delivery by communicating expectations, and overall, being our client's advocate within our company. The starting pay range is from $60,000 to $80,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Cross-selling and up-selling services and solutions to existing accounts.
  • Create proposals, contracts, lease agreements and service level agreements.
  • Work with IT sales and IT engineers to develop proposals and quotes.
  • Qualify new sales opportunities for current customers.
  • Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with prospects and work to give them the best possible service and Conduct technology business reviews.
  • Work with active customers to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into product requirements that satisfy their demands.


Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven track record to ensure client satisfaction through regular in-person meetings, active follow-up, and negotiation when needed.
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
  • Enjoys working with business owners that expect exceptional service. Knows how to manage expectations of those owners.
  • Ability to develop genuine, trustworthy relationship with clients and their key players.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal and customer-care.
  • Must be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
  • High energy and drive, with top-notch negotiation skills.
  • Experience with IT sales and managing accounts


Educational/Vocational Experience Recommendations:

  • 3-5 year of IT sales and customer relations experience
  • Experience working for a Managed Services Provider or IT Consulting Firm
