The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $170,000 - $227,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Requirements
- Customarily exercises a high level of autonomous judgment and interpretation in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results.
- Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company targets to resolve complex issues in inventive and effective ways
- Offers new solutions or directions and is able to encourage and motivate others to help with new solutions or directions.
- Drives programs and business initiatives. Completes methods and procedures on new assignments and projects.
- May advise senior management on specialized technical or business issues.
- Knows about customer wants and needs from both technical and business angles.
- Typically requires a minimum of 15+ years of semiconductor industry experience. At this level, post-graduate coursework or knowledge base equivalent may be desirable.
- Exceptional project management skills in developing technical and business plans.
- Interacts with management and senior external personnel on matters requiring coordination across internal groups.
