Prior Student Admissions/ Enrollment Experience

Skills you will need here:

3+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably with remote sales teams

You have a background in sales with prior sales and/or customer support experience, with comfort in a consultative sales environment

You are interested in or have a background in medicine, biological sciences and/or education with an openness to learn

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to adapt based on data-driven feedback

Prior experience using Hubspot CRM, Salesforce, or similar software and comfort to use these systems

Minimum of 5 years Sales / Education in the Beauty / Hair industry.

Strong presentation skills on hair product and styling, with ability to create and execute brands messaging on clean hair products.

Proven comfortability and intermediate knowledge of social media platforms such as IG, IG Live, Tik Tok

Responsible for executing virtual consultations for all brands, delivering exceptional client experience/expertise.

Fully understand all retailers and KENDO launches to efficiently drive business through store events, retail activations, trainings, and education events

Identify field team needs and global issues to KENDO Education team to develop creative solutions while sharing Field and Store voice

Experience with, and full understanding of, the Sephora & Ulta concept is preferred

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook, and iPad applications

High levels of knowledge on all aspects of educational technology, technology integration, and current education technology trends

Develop and design customized learning paths to help customers achieve educational objectives in line with District and client goals

5 - 10 years of teaching experience in a US classroom

Promethean/Interactive Flat Panel experience in both training and content/lesson development

Strong presentation skills and the ability to excite/relate to educators at all levels

Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to speak in front of large groups of educators is essential
