Remote - Healthcare Program Specialist ($21.00 / Hour)

Exciting opportunity to support a large-scale healthcare company as a REMOTE Healthcare Rep! Join our team and gain valuable experience in the healthcare industry. We offer a 3-6 month contract with the possibility for conversion based on performance and attendance. As a Healthcare Rep, your primary responsibility will be performing outbound calls for benefit investigations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer's primary point of contact for operational and reimbursement support
• Conduct outbound calls for complex benefits investigations to payers
• Possess knowledge and proficiency in all services provided on assigned programs
• Own and resolve issues that prevent patients or providers from accessing requested therapies
• Provide support for complex programs including marketing support, reimbursement hotlines, patient assistance programs, and more

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Must have 2+ years of health insurance experience in prior authorizations, verifications, and/or benefit investigations
• 1+ year of high volume call center experience (does not need to be healthcare-related)
