Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Health Recruiter with a focus on travel nursing to join our team. As a Senior Health Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified travel nurses in various healthcare facilities across the country. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment, a thorough understanding of the travel nursing industry, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Track and report recruitment metrics to management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of talented travel nurses to meet the staffing needs of our clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends, licensure regulations, and changes in travel nursing policies to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective recruitment strategies and campaigns targeted towards travel nurses.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel nurses, understanding their preferences, skills, and career goals.
• Source, screen, and recruit qualified travel nurses through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Collaborate with healthcare facilities to understand their specific staffing requirements and ensure the successful placement of travel nurses.
• Negotiate contract terms and compensation packages with travel nurses and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and assist in their professional development.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and verification of credentials and licensure.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing travel nurses in various healthcare settings.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Familiarity with recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build strong relationships with travel nurses and clients.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on travel nursing.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for job fairs, conferences, and client meetings
• Ability to effectively negotiate contracts and compensation packages.
• Strong knowledge of travel nursing industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
