Role Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced Contact Center environment
• Provide excellent customer service with exceptional telephone etiquette
• Schedule patient appointments and take patient messages for Clinics
• Multi-task and perform data entry accurately
• Deliver general information to patients regarding appointments, messages, or general questions

Candidate Requirements

• Typing speed of 60 wpm
• Data Entry skills
• Telephone Customer Service experience, or Face-to-Face Customer Service experience, or Previous Healthcare experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude
• Ability to multi-task and take direction
