Position Responsibilities

• Utilize knowledge base to provide accurate information and answer customer questions
• Understand customer needs and resolve issues effectively
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate staff for resolution
• Ensure first call resolution and problem-solving
• Handle inbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner

Candidate Qualifications

• Proficient typing skills (30-45 words per minute)
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Reliable with good attendance and punctuality
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work with multiple systems
• Strong team orientation and ability to build relationships
• Familiarity with computer applications and ability to learn new systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Data-entry experience
• Professional writing and communication abilities
• Experience in banking or financial services

Physical Requirements

• Largely sedentary role, requiring long periods of sitting/standing
• Use of computer, phone, copier, and printer
• This is an office-based position
• Occasional movement within the office and ability to lift up to 40 pounds
