Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Complete sale documents accurately
• Answer telephone calls professionally
• Utilize company resources to gather information and provide solutions
• Update vehicle notes in the system
• Perform other assigned duties
• File documents according to criteria
• Contact clients for vehicle pick-up details
• Receive and process payments
• Read and interpret reports and documents

Requirements

• Typing speed of 45WPM
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency with office equipment
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Professional appearance
• Computer proficiency in MS Suite
• Excellent customer service skills and attitude
• Problem-solving abilities
• High School diploma
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Occasional overtime may be required
