We are seeking an Admin Support Specialist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Executes routine billing assignments, including preparing correspondence
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Create business cards for the entire organization
• Must have tact concerning the handling of people and be accurate in all duties performed.
• Perform all other office tasks
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Develop and implement organized filing systems

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills & professional phone etiquette
• Typing with accuracy and speed 40-45 WPM (preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, business English, arithmetic, & spelling
