Job Description
We are seeking individuals who are looking for part time or full time work or side gigs to be connected with companies who are hiring employees directly to work from their homes. You will find both full-time and part-time remote opportunities in a variety of career fields.


What You Will Do


The main responsibility of this role is to support the sales team with all relevant processes related to booking and billing all purchase orders for our enterprise products.


  • Ensure orders are booked and billed correctly to reflect commission and region
  • * Be a liaison between customers and sales in support of the life cycle of the PO process
  • Manage day to day escalations
  • Ensure accuracy of the PO, by reviewing and clarifying the specifications with internal resources including sales, finance, and/ or legal
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are followed
  • Create and maintain all data in automation systems: NetSuite and Salesforce (will train)
  • Work with accounts receivable to determine billing issues and deliver resolution with team, ensure credit notes are validated and correctly processed


Requirements


What you need to be successful:


  • 1-3 years of experience in order management, customer service, administrative assistant or related roles
  • Professional and pleasant style in dealing with customers and sales team
  • Enjoy solving problems within defined procedures to determine appropriate action, escalate as needed
  • Strong excel skills
  • Knowledge of an ERP system (will train)
  • Knowledge and proficiency working with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM (will train)
