A $200 million Not for Profit seeks an Accounting Manager to join their team as a result of an internal promotion. The company offers excellent benefits and work life balance i.e. 9-5. The candidate will have a staff of 2 accounting professionals and the role will include a blend of both general accounting and analysis . In summary the role includes:

· Oversee the general ledger and its activity for accuracy and completeness

· Act as a layer of review related to the reconciliation of the general ledger accounts

· Perform variance analysis and explain material differences to management

· Gather all the necessary information for board package

· Train and develop staff

· Prepare internal management reports for senior management

· The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience , experience w/ general accounting and financial reporting , Supervisory skills are required and excellent communication skills.
