We are seeking a REMOTE Office and Operations Admin for our client for a Fulltime Role. The primary goal of the Office/Operations Admin is to manage the daily and weekly operations of the company and keep business flowing.
We are ONLY looking for candidates who reside/local to Local to New York City Metropolitan Area.
Our Client is a fast-growing IT Services and Support company, who has been doubling their business output every year since 2019. The Company offers the chance for a hungry and eager-to-learn professional to be on the ground floor of growth, learn the ins and outs of various HR, Accounting, and Operations duties to grow down the line within the organization.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9 – 6 PM EST
LOCATION: Fully Remote (Local to NYC)
PAY RATE: $19 - $22/hr (Commensurate w/Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3+ years of Experience in an Operations or Office Administrative Role Previously
- Strong attention to Detail, Task Oriented
- Strong Communicator (Written & Verbally)
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, Not Required

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compiling and delivering regular reports of activity to CEO and clients
- Drafting and sending Invoices to clients for services rendered
- Reviewing client’s account activity for anomalies and actionable items
- Basic bookkeeping to properly categorize/code transactions for the company in QuickBooks
- Ordering office equipment as needed, including new hardware and software
- Drafting project estimates, quotes, and invoices based upon technical assessments provided by IT Technicians
- Following up on accounts receivable
- Handle government filings for sales tax and corporate information
- Participate and help manage marketing efforts by preparing target lists of clients and contacts
- Light HR duties include, assisting with screening new job applicants, onboarding/offboarding new employees, administer legal compliance training with employee/contractors
- Answer phone and route calls to correct party
- Formatting and creating contract agreements for clients
- Review and confirm payroll each period for a team of 7
