What You Will Learn


The National Dermatology Account Manager position is an integral part of the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Brands salesforce, providing exceptional customer service to onboarding and current dispensing accounts. You will work efficiently to ensure each account is open promptly and maintaining open communication and support thereafter. This position requires a capacity to balance multiple competencies including: the ability to plan and prioritize effectively, organization skills, project management, and customer service. This role will work closely with the Skin Health Advisors and Regional Directors, as well as cross-functional teams, to support the dispensing accounts and help drive business goals.


Responsibilities


  • Account support
  • Forwarding samples requests to the L’Oreal Derm and IQVIA sales teams when applicable
  • Sending updates on products, order forms, out of stock items
  • Creating GA workflows for any changes needed to account (ie: name change, payer information change, email update)
  • Evaluating and submitting resale certificates for approval
  • Providing invoices when requested
  • Connecting accounts with field reps for education and samples
  • Organizing paperwork and submitting GA Workflows for creation of account
  • ProSite approvals
  • Creating leads in SalesForce
  • Evaluating all inquiries on LDB.com to determine eligibility for request (ie: samples, education access, new account set up)
  • Requesting refund from finance team
  • Ensuring GA workflows are approved in a timely manner
  • Providing accounts with trades when requested
  • Handling damaged/missing items from orders
  • Placing orders
  • Replenishing order
  • Verifying medical licenses
  • Opening new CeraVe and La Roche-Posay Accounts


Qualifications


What We Are Looking For:


  • Initiative and foresight
  • Excellent design and writing skills
  • Passion, interest and knowledge of the cosmetic/skincare industry
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management in a fast paced, high growth, continually evolving environment
  • Strong project management skills to achieve design target timelines
  • Collaborative and influencing skills are essential to work with cross-functional teams
  • Must have outstanding organizational skills with strong attention to details
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Energetic and enthusiastic with a team spirit
  • Strong communication skills, with an articulate manner (verbal, written and presentation)
  • Proficiency in Excel, PPT and Microsoft Office required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • 2+ years related experience working in Inside Sales
