Your Impact

We are looking for a highly organized, collaborative and curious Recruiting Experience Coordinator (contract) to help us grow our team. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about creating and driving people-first hiring experiences. This individual will work with our Talent function and hiring managers across the company to coordinate and schedule candidate interviews. This individual will have a proven ability to take initiative, adapt quickly as priorities shift, work with a high sense of urgency, and build strong, productive relationships.

Your Role

• Be the friendly face of Handshake for candidates
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
• Operate within our recruiting systems with a strong attention to detail and data hygiene
• Communicate professionally, tactfully, and empathetically with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency while delivering a world-class candidate experience

Your Experience

• Excellent attention to detail, including accuracy in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Outstanding organizational and follow up skills
• Bias toward action, humility, and curiosity
• Great judgment and a history of working with highly confidential information
• Recruiting coordination, customer service or administrative experience
• Strong time-management and prioritization abilities
• Experience with high-volume, complex scheduling

Compensation Range

• $26-31/hour

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
