• Conduct weekly audits of processed orders to ensure accuracy of new revenue calculations
• Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and communicate with customer purchasing departments for further processing of incomplete orders
• Use Salesforce to record processed orders and communicate relevant information with sales, renewal, and customer success representatives
• Calculate and compile order-related statistics, and prepare reports for management
Skills & Requirements
• Must have Bachelors Degree and strong preference is to have business, communications, or management information system majors
• Some customer service experience
• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
• Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel, Salesforce experience a plus
• Comfortable with technology and passionate about bringing technology into the classroom
