Contract: Project Coordinator Jobs

This is an engagement through Upwork’s Hybrid Workforce Solutions (HWS) Team. Our Hybrid Workforce Solutions Team is a global group of professionals that support Upwork’s business. Our HWS team members are located all over the world.

Work/Project Scope:

• Maintain detailed and mid-level project plans for assigned projects
• Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
• Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources
• Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
• Provide weekly project status reports for assigned projects

Must Haves (Required Skills):

• Experience in working in Jira
• Experience working in Hive or Similar Software
• Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
• Accounting Knowledge
• Experience in working with Google Programs, Sheet, Slides, Docs and Email
• Oracle financials Knowledge
• Experience in coordinating teams and clients
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
