Our mission is to consistently provide our customers with superior value through quality products, service and support by contributing to the quality of life of all employees.As one of the nation's largest single-source providers of lighting and electrical products, electrical services, electrical construction, and energy management solutions we are expanding our staff and seeking an HR Recruiting Specialist to join our team.JOB DESCRIPTION *As an *HR Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the business functions of your respective division, focusing on human resources and recruiting matters. You will also support strategic initiatives and coordinate projects within the division. We are seeking self-motivated, business-minded individuals to join our team.An HR Recruiting Specialist will:Recruitment- Oversee recruitment efforts and develop recruitment strategies- Review job details and prepare postings; in coordination with the hiring manager determine recruitment strategy including pre-screening questions, and where advertising would occur to provide a diverse applicant pool- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, networking, and online tools- Provide initial screening of applicant pools, as well as phone screens or interviews where applicable- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools- Engage with candidates to create a positive experience at every step in the process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers, etc.)- Serve as a point of contact for potential candidates, recruitment agency partners and university staff- Provide consultation and training to hiring managers regarding recruitment and selection processes as well as interviewing- Maintain, manage and update Applicant Tracking System throughout recruitment lifecycle- Implement best practices in sourcing and staffing activities HR Recruiting Specialist- Support the HR Business Partner for employee relations, including conducting exit interviews and providing general HR support to employee- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.- Maintain the organization structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. - Identify and help to improve HR-related policies/practices/systems to ensure compliance and to support company/HR initiatives - Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of employee data- Perform additional HR Recruiting Specialist duties as needed and assignedQualificationsThe ideal candidate will satisfy the following requirements and qualifications:- High School Diploma or Associate's Degree- One to three years' experience- Must be able to pass a drug and background screening.- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to multitask while staying organized- Self-MotivatedBenefits- Stable employment- 401K Program with matching contribution- Medical, Dental and Life benefits- Advancement opportunities for outstanding performersFSG is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer:All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status.ILL101As an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status.
