Brand Experience Coordinator - Fashion

Adecco Creative and Marketing is recruiting a Brand Experience Coordinator for a high end luxury jewelry company in NYC. The Brand Experience Coordinator will be a key contact for bespoke Client Treatment initiatives for the network. This role will execute the implementation of one-of-a-kind treatments for strategic initiatives, pop-up programs, and special events. This person must have proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously, be comfortable and successful in a fast-paced environment, and understand luxury client treatments.

This is a full time 4-month contract position. This role is hybrid in NYC, please only local candidates apply. The pay range for this role is $30-$33hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the implementation of bespoke High Jewelry Event/VVIP Brand Experiences for US & Int’l events. Work closely with Brand Experience, Prestige, and Boutique teams.
• Track and update the existing budget for strategic initiatives and pop-ups for each project.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and key brands for treatments and gifting moments.
• Collaborate with the Client Treatment team to identify, create, and execute bespoke experiences for our clients.
• Stay up to date on latest luxury trends.
• Research and track industry trends and new opportunities in key markets.
• Develop relationships with the network boutique teams and Prestige Advisors.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality and/or events.
• 2+ years of experience in events and Client Treatment experience in the luxury retail environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and is comfortable and successful in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of luxury service and exceptional experiences
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Proactive and solution oriented.
