Who are we hiring?

The Coordinator Campus Recruiting will focus on screening, scheduling interviews and recruiting for the Student Associate Program. Over time, this person can expect to enhance the experience by gaining skills in recruiting metrics reporting, diversity and inclusion initiatives, recruitment processes and applicant tracking system project work.

What will you do?

• Source resumes for various positions leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and conduct initial screening with applicants for selected positions
• Prioritize and coordinate work to ensure the needs of the recruiters, managers and candidates are met, and ensure candidates have nothing less than a world-class experience
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
• Ensure data integrity in ATS by ensuring all necessary information and paperwork is documented and stored appropriately
• Maintains contact with potential applicants by responding to inbound emails and developing candidate relations
• Supports a full life-cycle recruitment process and interfaces with internal stakeholders regarding pre-employment requirements including offer approval, background checks, onboarding, and orientation
• Represent the Company through campus recruitment efforts across a wide array of universities / colleges, relevant conferences, and engagements with key student organizations
• Support curriculum development and ongoing trainings and workshops of the Student Associate Program in collaboration with People Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and other stakeholders
• Facilitate and present at internal and external facing events including campus recruitment activities, orientation, company-wide programming, and Student Associate programming
• Manage key administrative processes that include but are not limited to: recruitment reporting, interview coordination, maintaining recruitment knowledge database and files
• Assist with routing requisitions and posting open positions in the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and advertise as appropriate on specific campus career portals including Handshake

What do you need to succeed?

• Previous use of iCIMS (ATS), Handshake, and LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Outlook or similar software
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• 1-2 years’ HR / recruitment / university recruitment experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in University Recruitment, with knowledge of recruitment processes, diversity and inclusion best practices, and program development preferred
