Ecommerce Coordinator (Part-Time/Contract)

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Hint Water, is seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to join our E-Commerce team on a part-time, contract basis.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, this person will work closely with our Direct-to-Consumer (Drinkhint.com) team to ensure our E-Commerce marketing and media operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, takes the initiative, and is hungry to learn and contribute. This dynamic opportunity will give the candidate exposure to numerous advertising initiatives and marketing channels, with the potential for upward mobility.

This is a contract role covering for a team member who is going out on maternity leave, you can be remote, however, we prefer you to live in or around New York City and/or must commit to working East Coast hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a liaison between the E-Commerce team, Finance team, Creative team, and third-party vendors and partners
• Perform day-to-day operational support tasks including creative briefing, campaign setup, reporting, and maintenance
• Track the performance of campaigns and create presentations to leadership
• Work in digital platforms such as Shopify, reCharge, Optimizely, Google Analytics, Rakuten Affiliate Network, and other technologies (ex: Klaviyo), to support E-Commerce efforts
• Proactively improve internal processes to increase accuracy and efficiency
• Create campaign briefs, submit, track, and maintain timelines for digital marketing initiatives through the project management system to ensure content for digital campaigns is delivered on time
• Maintain and support the annual promotional marketing calendar for the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and action
• Familiarity with A/B and Multi-variate Testing
• Attentive to detail with strong organizational skills. You are quick to learn and are known for your technical capabilities
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Comfortable working at a fast pace and have a proven record of successful execution. Strong time management, planning and prioritization skills
• Natural curiosity and customer-centric mindset
• 1-2 years of relevant experience or internships, preferred
• Passionate about process, workflows, and systems
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, including coordinating with multiple departments
• Must have direct experience in digital platforms such as Shopify, reCharge, and Klaviyo
• Competent Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) or Google Suite

Benefits

• This is a contract position - September 2023-December 2023
• $30-35/hour
• 24 hours per week (3, 8-hour days)
