We are hiring a Global Recruiting Coordinator, Operations and Customer Experience. This is an exciting and visible role where you'll have regular interactions with the business and candidates. The ideal candidate will be equal parts coordinator and recruiting process enhancer. In this role, you'll own the interview scheduling, employment contract and requisition/job posting creations processes. You'll be a thought partner in the ideation and execution of process enhancements. You'll be part of a small but mighty global team that supports each other and works together as one.


This is a remote position located in the United States eastern time zone. The hours for this position are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.


What You'll Do


  • Provide backup support on global background check reviews
  • Maintain all Recruiting Coordinator process documentation and tracking spreadsheets associated with scheduling, contract creation, req and job posting creation
  • Facilitate a high volume of virtual interviews, including but not limited to: phone screens, technical assessments, panel presentations, and complex global interview panels
  • Continuously seek out ways to improve the hiring experience; streamline and simplify processes, driving enhancement of the ATS including, but not limited to: best practices, data hygiene, simplifying processes, reporting metrics, etc.
  • Process all incoming invoices for the Recruiting team
  • Recruitment and project support when time permits and as needed, including but not limited to: reviewing inbound applicant flow, initial outreach to candidates, etc.
  • Manage all associated processes for US offer letters and global employment contracts
  • Be the subject matter expert on data requests that come through from Recruiting stakeholders; pulling data, building visualizations from the data, and presenting it to the team and/or Recruiting leadership
  • Create and maintain requisitions and job postings within the ATS (Lever), partnering with multiple teams to ensure appropriate information is in the system


About You


  • Ability to embrace change and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently with limited supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Sound judgment in decision-making with the aptness to solve in the moment problems with tact and empathy
  • Experience with Lever, Tableau, Excel and Google suite products preferred
  • 2 years of related experience required; 4 years of work experience preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on being clear, concise, and friendly
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated experience working in a deadline driven ambiguous environment
  • Ideal background in an executive assistant, event management, recruiting coordination, etc. type role
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing requests that come in daily


The anticipated salary range for this position is $54,000.00 - $77,000.00. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
