About the Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Ramp based in our New York office, you view the world through a lens of a delightful candidate and client experience. You are excited at the opportunity to continue to build teams across the entire company. You will arrange complex interview schedules and leverage existing recruiting tools and practices while continuously exploring opportunities to improve our processes.
Please note that this Recruiting Coordinator role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Union Square) at least 3 days/week
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary contact during virtual and in-person interviews in our New York office
- Develop collaborative relationships with all team members and hiring managers
- Manage workflows within GSuite, Ramp’s ATS (Ashby), and scheduling tools for automation
- Build a world-class team by providing a high-touch “white glove” experience at every step of the interview process
- Drive the scheduling process and communicate logistics to all candidates and hiring teams
What You’ll Need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport
- Organizational and time-management skills with superb attention to detail
- Minimum one year of recruiting coordination or relevant experience
Nice to Haves
- Experience with GSuite, applicant tracking systems, and scheduling software
- We currently use Ashby for our ATS and Modernloop for scheduling

- Scheduling/coordination or in-house talent acquisition experience, ideally in start-up or high-growth environments
- Team player with a high sense of urgency

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Compensation
- If successfully converted, the annual salary/OTE range for the target level for this role is $68,000-$80,000 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
- The hourly rate for this contract is $33.65 USD
