Project Support Manager For Change Management Initiatives

We are working closely with our client to identify a highly skilled and motivated Project Support Manager. In this role, you will work closely with our client and provide tactical support to multiple change management leaders. As a Project Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations and executing change management plans on the ground. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with core project teams and provide support for a series of short-term projects.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with project teams to develop and implement project management structures that facilitate effective planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders, project teams, and other relevant parties to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and other collaborative sessions, ensuring productive discussions and capturing actionable outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively recommend solutions to address them.
• Serve as a central point of contact for project-related tasks, issues, and updates, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of change management initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project plans.
• Collaborate with change management leaders to understand project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks across multiple projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
• Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and other relevant materials.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in successfully implementing and supporting change management initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in developing and implementing project management structures, methodologies, and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent task management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Duration: 6 months with likelihood of long-term extension

Location: Virtual

Hours: 40 hours per week

Start Date: As soon as possible

The pay range for this is $45.00 to $55.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
