Job Description

Project Manager


Compensation: $90-120K plus excellent benefits.

Location: Santa Rosa, Ca


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate various meetings with internal and external project team members.
  • Responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams assigned to deliver custom connector and cable assembly projects from inception to delivery.
  • Provide progress reports and monitor all assigned projects, preparing status reports for department managers.
  • Escalate issues to department managers to align deliverables and meet objectives as they evolve between programs.
  • Lead post-project evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Drive the development and management of a project's scope, schedule, and expectations in collaboration with cross- functional teams.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, monitor project tasks and milestones, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Working with all teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring that any changes to scope or the project plan are documented and approved.
  • Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution, striving for continuous improvement in our New Product Introduction Process and Custom Product Process.

PROFILE

  • Manufacturing experience desired.
  • Successful completion of a project management course is required.
  • ISO experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Project Management, is a plus
