Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Bay Area

Pay: $110,000 - $150,000

The Role:

• Ensuring compliance with regulations, permits, and safety standards.
• Managing end-to-end lifecycle of utility-scale solar projects, from planning to handover.
• Building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction for repeat business opportunities.
• Providing expertise on solar installations, cost-effective solutions, and value-engineering recommendations.
• Optimizing site layouts and maximizing energy generation through comprehensive assessments.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field - Master's degree is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of renewable solar energy installations, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specializing in utility-scale solar projects.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail, while proficiently utilizing project management software and tools.
• Strong technical background for site layout analysis and optimizing energy generation.
• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
