• Experienced in waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Hybrid program management methodologies
• Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated sharp learning curve on technical solutions.
• 5+ years of experience on technology focused projects around customer facing application deployment and/or complex mobile app development
• Experience in managing cross functional project roadmaps
• Assist current lead Program & Product Manager(s) on helping management of multiple existing work streams on large scale project(s)
• Manage and upkeep of cross functional project plans, BRDs, Test Scripts and other project documents (Full project knowledge-base).
• Ensure that all project deliverables are diligently tracked and managed while meeting time sensitive deadlines
• Manage backlog & release roadmap for multiple cross functional applications, working with engineers & business
• Own User Acceptance testing end-end - writing test scripts, coordinating schedules with geos & technical teams, facilitate triage calls, obtain sign-off & rollout
• Understand & document business process workflow diagrams and drive overall business analysis with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Multi-task numerous projects and/or requirements concurrently and communicate effectively and drive all project tasks when required
• Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, from high level sometimes ambiguous epics
• Detailed knowledge of product development process and life cycle management
• Excellent organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills
• Manage communications with geos, WW & IT & arrive at common solution
• 6+ years of experience in business analysis & user focussed product management
• Apply critical thinking to identify potential issues that will impact the progress and proactively address the issues
• Good time management skills and proven ability in meeting deadlines and working with both technology & business teams in high pressure and results-driven environment
• Familiarity with software engineering is a plus
• Qualifications
• Assist with project management office aspects as determined by the Program Lead (i.e. various presentations, project status reports, production support etc)
• Prepare & maintain comprehensive project plans that details all pre-agreed milestones and dependencies
