Change Management Lead For Geospatial Jobs

Help bring awareness and train others throughout the organization on key change management frameworks and approaches

Develop, implement and tailor change management plans for assigned projects, including stakeholder engagement plans and project governance frameworks

Ability to partner with Business functions to develop change management plans and play a supporting role in driving functional initiatives

Drive prioritization of organizational capabilities, behaviors and processes needed across the portfolio of projects

Experience working closely with Technology and Business functions - including but not limited to Supply Chain, Planning, Buying, and Merchandising

Strong organizational skills and focus on project delivery

3 to 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.

Proven experience in successfully implementing and supporting change management initiatives.

Excellent task management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Collaborate with change management leaders to understand project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Manage the day-to-day operations of change management initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project plans.

Work closely with project teams to develop and implement project management structures that facilitate effective planning, tracking, and reporting.

5+ years of experience as a practitioner in Organizational Change Management; or equivalent experience

Change management certification or designation desired; Prosci Certification a plus

Applying a structured methodology while leading change management activities

Creating strategies for change management

Creating actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications, sponsor roadmap, coaching, training and resistance management plans

Supporting change management at the organizational level

ITIL and/or change management certifications,

Experience with other ITIL practices - (problem management, event incident management, incident management)

Monitor and maintain the functionality of change management systems and applications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, computer information systems, management information systems or a related field of study,

Excellent oral and written communications skills, including experience working and communicating with leaders,

Experience with the following Microsoft tools Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Visio

Knowledge, skills and abilities in resistance management

At a minimum, 1 year of experience supporting knowledge management and content management activities

Knowledge, skills and abilities in working with customers to understand their requirements and deliver superior solutions

Certification in an industry recognized change management program

Knowledge, skills and abilities of conducting user research

Knowledge, skills and abilities of implementing human centered design thinking and activities

Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

Change management certification or designation desired; Prosci Certification a plus

Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities

Create targeted and specific change management strategies

Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan

Integrate change management activities into project plan
