Project Manager - Commercial Contruction, R&D Lab Retrofits

Tesla is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Lathrop CA. The Project Manager will be leading construction projects related to Cell R&D, pilot manufacturing, tool install/upgrades, and future energy product development. They are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and well-organized project manager who is passionate about the company's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. This position will require someone who is adaptable and flexible in a changing environment and who is committed to delivering high quality results in a fast-paced positive environment. Qualifications:

• Experience working in commercial/industrial construction, specifically within controlled environments ei. hospitals, oil, gas, labs, clean rooms
• Experience working with mechanical, electrical, or structural engineers
• Experience working on projects ranging in size from $500K to $20M
• Around 7 years of experience in Construction Project Management
• Experience preparing funding and budgets for approvals
• Familiarity with creating project schedules in MSProjects or P6
• Experience managing a team of contractors
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
