Impec Group is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Project Manager at our client site in Newark, CA. This role is essential and requires onsite presence. Pay Range $170-230k annually


Position Full-Time Project Manager


Schedule 7:00AM – 4:00PM, M-F


Primary Function Of Position


As a Full-Time Project Manager, you will be responsible for real estate projects, including tenant improvements, or other applicable client project work. This role will provide support for Senior Management or above for designated projects.


Essential Job Duties


  • Process and maintain project related documentation, such as agreements, contracts, purchase orders, and work authorizations
  • Contributes to and supports project goals through performance of routine tasks and processes
  • Assists in project close-out procedures
  • Assists with project administration deliverables, including reviewing and/or preparing requisitions, status reports, change orders, payments, and other invoices associated with the project
  • Read and understand documents defining projects, including but not limited to agreements, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, schedules, drawings, and meeting minutes
  • Compile project scopes, budgets, and schedules
  • Assist with procuring and coordinating local architects, engineers, general contractors and subcontractors, and specialty vendors
  • Assist with managing all phases of a project including planning, design, construction, FF&E, technology, move management, and occupancy planning
  • Participate in building evaluations and due diligence reviews and assist with preparation of physical audit reports
  • Support project management team responsibilities to identify requirements, estimate costs, prepare schedules, and coordinate completion of work
  • Prepare meeting minutes, project status reports, process purchase orders, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence


Requirements


  • Strong software competency: MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Able to develop client relations, client management and consultation skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative support skills with understanding of project management business
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of one year of related experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Skilled in oral and written communication
