Profile/Qualifications

• Degree Educated (preferably in construction or related fields)
• Understanding of Electrical/Mechanical projects
• CERTIFICATIONS: PMP, OSHA 30
• Strong organizational skills; ability to track and plan activities to a high standard
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; possesses the ability to maintain strong working relationships with colleagues;
• 3-5 years as a Project Manager with relevant experience required
• Attention to detail, proactive.
• Facilities/Building experience, construction background
• IT literate: ability to use MS Suite, solid understanding of Excel.

Detailed Requirement

• Manage and coordinate all activities leading to the successful completion of projects, including project scoping, timelines, cost estimates and design.
• Must be available to perform site visits and walks.
• Communicate with external and internal stakeholders, on project status, updates, and requirements.
• Manage mid-scale utility facility construction projects from inception to completion while ensuring objectives are completed within budget and timeline.
• Collaborate with other departments, vendors, stakeholders, etc. as need to meet project objective.
• Hold a strong eye for detail in identifying contractor trends and communicate these accordingly to supply management.
