The successful candidate will execute on technical projects using an internal customer perspective from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate has outstanding organizational and communication skills, experience working in a scrum and/or technical environment, and a proven ability to keep a diverse set of deliverables and teams on track. Project Manager Pay And Benefits

• 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment, Possible extension

• Hourly pay: $40-$50/hr

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Lead meetings, and keep everyone on track, organized, and aligned towards a project goal.
• Solve complex problems, drive change, and implement creative, scalable solutions.
• Clearly and concisely communicate with all stakeholders within the organization
• Use your energy, drive, adaptability, and enthusiasm to help implement initiatives and solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activities which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
• Monitor our success and identify areas for improvement against agreed-upon KPIs.
• Work across several cross functional teams to successfully deliver Community’s strategic vision to both our customers (external) and stakeholders across the company (internal).

Project Manager Qualifications

• An excellent track record in problem-solving and troubleshooting complex projects.
• Strong project management and operational skills.
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• 3+ years of experience with software development, QA, release management, or project management.
• Able to communicate successfully across multiple levels of the organization.
• Excel at getting things done right, and on time.
• Love managing all the details.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Highly adept at working with and supporting scrum technical/IT teams
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Extra points for experience with either content management projects (CMS) or software globalization projects.
• Effective team collaboration skills
• Proactive, personable, and empathetic working style.
• Comfortable with Excel, Google Docs, Miro, Smartsheets, and JIRA (or similar).
• Enjoy juggling requirements from groups with varying priorities, somehow making it all happen, and with your sense of humor intact
• Experience working in enterprise application development or operations is strongly preferred.
• Experience with global or international multicultural teams is a strong plus.
• Experience working in a scrum and/or technical environment and a proven ability to keep a diverse set of deliverables and teams on track.

Compensation: From $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
