Job Responsibilities

• Manage business administration functions to support the business needs of the area.
• Recommend, implement, and manage policies and procedures for existing and new business processes.
• Manage projects to achieve desired business objectives.
• Identify and develop business process mapping for data quality/integrity.

Job Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management concepts and techniques.
• Working knowledge of business terminology, systems, and data processing policies, practices, and procedures.
• 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the insurance, investment, or financial services industry.
• Managerial experience preferred, including facilitation, negotiation, delegation, and mentoring.
• Business process mapping experience preferred.
