Project Manager, Research Support - Remote

The Department of Medicine at the Hiring Company is seeking a Full-Time Project Manager, Research Support to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and lead complex research activities, ensuring efficient data collection and study administration in compliance with guidelines. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support pre and post award research administration functions
• Serve as a liaison with various departments to ensure successful grant applications and adherence to budgets and guidelines
• Analyze data and provide regular reports to key stakeholders
• Develop internal systems to improve award management within the Department/Division
• Solve operational problems by implementing new processes and educating stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of eRA Commons, Grants.Gov, FFR, RPPR
• Knowledge of accounting and budgeting practices
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Ability to provide leadership and training to research team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills, tact, and discretion
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Familiarity with Federal guidelines/procedures for grants and contracts
