Responsibilities

• Help improve processes and policies and contribute to operations enhancements
• Work with the COO to manage the accounting systems for the organization
• Oversee team projects and assist with managing vendor resources and relationships
• Oversee the lifecycle of assets, including procurement, deployment, support, and disposal
• Provide input for the Operations budget
• Collaborate with leaders and clients to meet their needs and provide support or direction as needed
• Safely handle government-furnished equipment and materials
• Assist with individual team member development, including establishing development plans and goals
• Perform other assigned duties
• Mentor and coach new team members as directed by the COO
• Look for new and innovative ways to provide value
• Attend virtual meetings with global team members

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Background in project management (PMP certification is a plus)
• Solid knowledge of accounting
• In-depth experience and knowledge of project management
• Ability to work across different time zones (EST, CST, PST)
