Oracle Applications Services Excellence (ASE) organization (OCS) is seeking a highly accomplished Content and Project Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing ASE’s overall post-purchase content strategy for internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibility is to develop and manage the creation and production of marketing content both online and off-line. You will create compelling assets, align and enable internal stakeholders on current collateral and programs, work with a creative graphic designer for final publication, manage live events to engage customers, and analyze our operational success for renewals and expansions with Operation teams.
Key to the role will be your ability to build and maintain relationships and programs with key stakeholders in Support, Sales, Customer Success Services, Development, Oracle University, Regional teams and more.

What you will do:
- Other duties and responsibilities as identified by the Applications Services Excellence (ASE) organization Digital & Community Programs Leader.
- User Groups (in-person or remote)
- Work with the Digital and Community Team Leader to track and measure OKRs.
- Identify programs to work collaborative with Development teams around customer engagement – i.e.: CAB feedback, GPI support, etc.
- Lead the efforts to develop educational and compelling content and assets to support internal and external audiences focusing on:
- Work with ASE Ops team to develop and manage dashboards to track and measure our teams’ activities and program effectiveness
- Our Cloud Customer Connect Community – from promotion to awareness, from enablement to execution, etc.
- Assist in delivering on our Oracle Go webinar program with our Digital Program Manager.
- Act as the Event Coordinator (Event Specialist) responsible for overseeing particular tasks throughout the event planning process and remain under budget with all costs for external events. Sample events include:
- Support the Corp Strategy and ASE teams for global change management around digital programs and Cloud Customer Connect Community.
- Create assets based on VOC feedback, customer suggested ideas, and more.
- Infrastructure Operations, Systems & Reporting
- We're looking for a natural leader to join us on this amazing journey who will:
- Work with global field teams to identify and align the necessary tools, content, training, process, and share best practices to support the sales force around Applications Services Excellence (ASE) organization and ensure they are successful in their day-to-day activities.
- Work with the ASE content team for development and updates around our services offerings.
- Closely align with the Oracle University (OU) team on review of current assets, any potential new needs and driving customers to OU for additional information.
- Executive Thought Leadership series
- Cloud World
- Work with Graphics contractor to provide creative collateral with Redwood.
- Articulation and promotion of the Applications Services Excellence (ASE) organization function.
- Work with the ASE Digital and Community team leader on internal development and sales engagement framework:
Your Background
- 3-5+ years in Marketing with experience scaling multiple programs and teams to support operations and enablement for the field.
- Solid understanding of cross departmental functions including Marketing, Technology, Community Operations, and Product.
- Passionate about being a customer advocate.
- A strong communicator and writer with the ability to develop and drive digital assets around customer value during the customer’s journey.
- The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:
- Applications Services Excellence (ASE) organization/Support Services experience and understanding the sales and delivery lifecycle preferred.
- Excellent business and communication skills, including executive presentation ability
- Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
- Strong Project Management Professional skills and experience requested.
- Flexibility and adapting quickly when priorities change and ability to wear many hats and learn quickly, and the temperament to lead a change in direction when needed.
- Goal oriented, clear prioritization, and maintains focus when it comes to deadlines.
- Demonstrated creation of compelling content and program management.
- Deep experience in a digital technology environment with a record of successfully designing and delivering complex programs.
Education
Bachelor degree level required; advanced degrees a plus

Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
