What Your Impact Will Be

• Manage multiple projects and project management office duties
• Track and evaluate project outcomes and team performance, ensuring billable projects meet KPIs
• Communicate progress and issues to senior management and across the organization
• Mentor and coach junior project managers and team leads
• Implement best practices, process improvements, and tools for implementation team success
• Define goals and objectives for project success, including detailed implementation plans and progress communication
• Foster communication and collaboration across business units

What We Are Looking For

• Financial or accounting knowledge
• Utility or Payment Processing Industry Experience
• 5+ years of project management experience, including planning, tracking, and billing
• Active PMP certification
• Ability to demonstrate leadership, drive results, solve problems, and possess interpersonal skills
