Remote Marketing Project Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

A top cybersecurity client of Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to support the Project Management team and the Marketing Strategy team in critical documentation and process coordination. This individual will support the clients marketing department, and individual marketing teams, by identifying existing, helping design, and documenting program and workflow related to marketing initiatives and associated programs/tasks on a day-to-day basis. The documentation process will mirror the established approach represented in our project management platform, Workfront. This role includes working closely with our PMO and various teams to document the five processes of project management including: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing project work.

This person will be focused on delivering exceptional results in the project management role by utilizing excellent communication, organization, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. They will be highly skilled in prioritizing multiple projects with aggressive deadlines. The ideal candidate is motivated by taking on new challenges, is energized by aligning many contributors to a vision and enabling the marketing organization to drive more successful programs through increased efficiencies and refined processes.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Strategy, this individual will work closely with the clients marketing leadership and key client functions to advance the project management of operations, processes, projects, and programs.

The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager who is highly strategic, a creative problem solver, and incredibly adept at writing and documenting complex workflow. This will be supporting the role of an individual on maternity leave.
