Project Manager – Remote

Full-Time Position

We seek a talented individual to assist in managing client projects and accounts. Our project managers work with senior project managers and account managers on projects ranging from website development, content management systems, search engine advertising, and comprehensive e-learning courses.

This position will be remote (work from home), but we require a candidate to be located in the United States. The company operates on US Eastern Time, so West Coast candidates will be considered but must be available during standard US Eastern work hours and may be required to come into the office occasionally and participate in on site client meetings.

Responsibilities include:

Work with web designers and technical team members to assist in creating high quality websites.

Assist clients with identifying strategy, content, and other features related to their web presence.

Coordinate and test websites, internet applications, and e-learning courses.

Create and manage project timelines and budgets.

Develop search strategies and create reports for search engine marketing and optimization; manage search engine advertising and social media campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Eagerness to learn and develop skills in communication, writing, and account management

Must be detail oriented, team player

Documentation/organization

Ability to take direction and be proactive in moving tasks forward

Proven client service

Nice-to-have qualifications

Understanding and ability to learn and adapt to digital marketing

Have a marketing understanding of platforms, such as LinkedIn and Facebook

A basic knowledge of social media marketing

Understanding of online analytics, tracking and ability to utilize data to make improvements

Experience with tools such as: Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business

Traffic Coordinator experience

Ability to shift focus between multiple projects
