We are looking for a dedicated Digital Content Manager to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working on financial newsletters and possess a keen understanding of digital content creation and management. Flexibility, creativity, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Receive, analyze, and organize web URLs to produce 3 newsletters.

2. Collaborate with ChatGPT to rewrite content in our unique voice.

3. Edit and post stories on our Drupal site, tagging into relevant genres.

4. Search and select royalty-free images, upload and align with story messaging.

5. Create and design newsletters using Marketo, ensuring compliance with publication dates and managing editor's instructions.

6. Utilize Photoshop for image conversion, and other related tasks.

7. Coordinate with the managing editor, providing previews and tests as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in digital content management, particularly financial content.

- Proficient in tools like Marketo, Drupal, Photoshop, and Microsoft Word.

- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.

- Knowledge of AI content rewriting is a plus.
