Program Manager - Partner Ecosystems (Remote)

We are looking for a Program Manager for a large, global B2B high-tech company. This role will be responsible for delivering/executing the tactics on multiple projects within the partner programs ecosystem. Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to support the programs. Collaborate with partner management and enablement to ensure adoption and understanding of all initiatives and objectives.

This is a 12-month contract (Extension possible). 40 hours per week, remote role in the US,

Preferably on the West Coast, Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Help track and enhance KPIs and success metrics of the program.
• Provide support for internal and external partner-facing meetings.
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, training, adoption, and compliance.
• Document key details relating to the program.
• Support in internal and external program inquiries, creating/updating program criteria, program guide, incentive guide, and other program documentation.
• Oversee governance process that will ensure end-to-end process compliance and ROI tracking.
• Drive interlock and escalation support from various internal and external stakeholders
• Support any ad-hoc policy updates which incorporate cross-functional input and objectives.
• Collaborate with partner management and enablement to ensure adoption and understanding.
• Help manage tracking and analytics dashboards to manage and report program success to leadership.
• Support in partner program messaging to partners as necessary and required.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to support the program.

Requirements

• Effective time manager, capable of delivering/executing the tactics on multiple projects on time
• Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
• Working with partners from a partner field or sales field role is a plus.
• Understanding of the various development motions, marketing, and revenue recognition
• Experience in working with partner ecosystems, including account and product management teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years' experience working in a partner organization or in a program management/project management/enablement/support role.
• Diplomacy, integrity, and presence that enables you to work effectively at all levels within a large organization.
• Understanding of business strategy related to technology partners (i.e., ISVs, Service Providers, etc.)

Compensation: $80/hr - $89.29/hr
