The Role

The Product Owner role is the servant leader for the squad who has primary responsibility for maximising the value delivered by the squad, by ensuring that the team backlog is aligned with customer, adviser and stakeholder needs.

The product owner collaborates with other product owners, agile coaches, architects and crew leads to deliver towards a common crew mission. The Product Owner is a strong advocate for the “Resolution Life Way” and our agile ways of working, driving connections across the business.

The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Data & Analytics Product Owner to join Resolution Life where you will work with the Data Quality squad within our Data Platforms Centre of Expertise. Success in the first 12 months looks like a significant improvement in the quality of our data giving our customers, advisers and employees confidence that the data is accurate and usable within our digital and connected ecosystems.

This role will be pioneering applying the product owner craft within our data and analytics teams as such will be helping us lay the foundations for success and look for opportunities to optimise ways of working.
