Casino Product Owner Jobs

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join their team as they continue to expand their online casino platform. As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of the online casino products, ensuring they meet the needs of their customers and align with the business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and customer support, to deliver a world-class online casino experience.

Responsibilities:

• Agile Project Management: Employ agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to effectively manage the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog management, and feature releases.
• User Experience Enhancement: Continuously improve the user experience of the online casino products by closely monitoring user behavior, conducting usability tests, and implementing user feedback.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development teams, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely product delivery, aligning with business priorities and resource constraints.
• Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product differentiation and continuous improvement.
• Performance Tracking and Analysis: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the online casino products, utilizing data and analytics tools to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product updates, roadmap progress, and performance metrics to key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
• Requirement Gathering and Prioritization: Collect and analyze feedback from various stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and industry trends, to define and prioritize product features and improvements.
• Product Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, wireframes, functional specifications, and release notes, to facilitate effective communication and understanding across teams.
• Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap for the online casino platform, based on market research, customer insights, and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the online casino or gambling industry.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable working with data and analytics tools to derive insights and make informed product decisions.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing) is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of online casino products, including game mechanics, player behavior, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience with agile project management tools.
