How You Will Contribute


You will:


  • Lead and advise on talent management practices within assigned business unit related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility
  • Leverage data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions and support with the delivery of operational processes and leverage insights and data and translate into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy. Inform and update People Services of any local, legal and regulatory changes in market
  • `Consult on overhead management
  • Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence
  • Partner with function leads and middle managers to collaborate on creating and delivering the functional priorities and plan, providing strategic guidance
  • Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on the definition and execution of global and local policy and change initiatives and understand the impacts of the changes planned
  • Manage works council relations and provide guidance to HR to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements

The People Experience Advisor, US Sales is responsible for local execution of operational HR activities. The Advisor is the key point of contact to employees where self-service / shared services support is not available and sits within the local BU squad team. Where appropriate the People Experience (PE) Advisor will support implementation of local projects or initiatives.


People Experience Advisors:
  • Responsible for delivery of the following services:
  • Responsible for Employee Relations support (where service not provided by SSC)
  • Responsible for focusing on employee experience and continuous improvement of end-to-end operational HR services
  • Support documentation and implements local / country specific policies
  • Responsible for identifying service issues, proposing improvements and supporting implementing changes
  • Escalate business specific queries to the BU People Experience Lead and functional queries to the relevant SSC team
  • Ongoing onboarding
  • Key point of contact to employee and managers for HR related queries, self-service transactions, HR portal navigation, policy interpretation and process support requiring face-to-face interaction and hard copy documentation
  • Use Business Unit knowledge to provide local HR services that are relevant and tailored to the needs of the BU/location (i.e., Time & Attendance support, etc.)
  • Local query resolution
  • Local learning delivery
  • Support the delivery of projects and initiatives within their country/BU
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the local BU/location; work as part of the BU squad, providing business intimacy and supporting with delivery of local HR services
  • Provide HR advice and guidance in relation to their BU, empowered to use their judgement and business knowledge to pre-empt any HR concerns and proactively seek solutions


Qualifications:


  • Experience Management - Drive transformative business outcomes through brilliant service strategy and execution, seamless process excellence, and industry-leading performance management.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to relate to people in all parts of the plant and organization
  • Digital Intelligence - Ability to bring technologies, insights and partners together by leveraging innovative platforms and tools .
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Experience with Employee Relations investigations
  • Lean Six Sigma (L6S) - To continuously improve a process outcome through identifying and eliminating the defects as well as reducing variables within the process.
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Client Engagement - Understand key business drivers, end-to-end solutions and driving the change to increase value and growth.
  • Technical Agility - Leverages leading edge technology to optimize our business processes and enhance our capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • Delivery Management - Deliver reliable, secure, simple and controlled services and solutions at the best cost.
  • Design Thinking - Solving problems by prioritizing the consumer's needs above all else using process(es).
  • Previous Consumer Packed Goods (CPG) experience is a plus
  • 3 or more years of Human Resources experience is required
  • Solutions oriented
