WorldatWork is looking for a Learning Experience Associate. If you live and breathe learning, we want to talk to you. We are looking for an organized, focused individual to play a crucial role in supporting the development, production, and maintenance of educational programs and solutions that advance the WorldatWork mission. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and education and experience working with instructional design and e-learning technologies. This role collaborates with learning experience, instructional designers, graphic designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to produce engaging, interactive, and effective educational materials.

You should be interested in educational learning product development and have a strong eye for detail across multiple layers of learning assets. You will work on the Learning Experience team and collaborate with Faculty, Content Managers, Copy Editors, and vendors to complete materials on time.

You have:

• An excellent eye for detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and utilizing applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate a learner-focused growth mindset
• Experience maintaining and updating files in an LMS.
• Ability and willingness to learn new and other software as needed to support departmental services.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment, with a learner-centered approach.
• Experience Participating in the quality review of course and asset designs.
• Experienceparticipating in the design/redesign of learning courses and related learning activities. This includes taking final content (i.e., manuscript or storyboard) and generating final outputs in PPT, InDesign, LMS or other formats.
• Strong organization and time management skills
• BS in instructional design, learning design, education, or learning related field (MS preferred)
• Comfort in maintaining currency of departmental procedure, standard, and best practice documentation to ensure consistency in quality and formatting across deliverables.
• Working knowledge of assessment and evaluation to measure the effectiveness of the instructional materials and making revisions as necessary.
• 1-3 years of asset and learning product-related experience, preferably in a digital environment.

At WorldatWork, we offer a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package. The hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus with a target at 4% of base salary. This position may be worked remotely.
