What You'll Do : As our VP of People Experience, you will lead the digital transformation of our People team and be responsible for crafting exceptional teammate experiences that will help us become a truly great place to work. This role will lead our Culture and Engagement team AND our People Technology team.

What You Will Need To Be Successful


  • Strategic Visionary: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Transformation Leader: 10+ years leading HR technology strategies and systems, including 5+ years leading teams.
  • Digital Trailblazer: Experience in leading digital transformations of HR teams that blend technology, operations, and culture and engagement programs.
  • Engagement Expert: Proven track record of driving engagement in top places to work and experience leading culture and engagement strategies.

Salary Range


$173500.00 To $286500.00 / year

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. This position will be eligible for performance-based incentives and restricted stock units as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range in addition to a full range of benefits including:
